not quite, it's a bit more complicated than that. because of the unique quirks involved in my particular condition, they diagnosed me as Inappropriate Cheering Disorder NOS. they also threw in bipolar I at no extra charge, there was a sale on diagnoses the day i had my appointment, you see.
