Newer bands / artists who aren't necessarily metal, but have the spirit of metal and such.
I feel like Heilung, Perturbator, & Carpenter Brut are some really obvious ones - but what else you got?

I greatly enjoy Rammstein, if that counts as metal-adjacent.

Stoner doom is metal adjacent. Goatsnake, high on fire, THE wizard
I couldn't get into some of the afformentioned bands from the op. Although, I am getting better at it. Wardruna is some easy listening. Good gateway band for the "odd" instruments as well.

metal adjacent is a weird term cos like, all blues and rock is metal adjacent

Hallas. I guess Flight also, but their earlier albums were metal or at least proto-metal.

Marillion is always pleasant to listen to, for me !
