yeah, i finally got to see him live for the first time last year so i had a big cave resurgence. did you go to any of the recent aussie shows?

the setlist was of course very heavy on wild god stuff which i think is mostly fine but i don't think is in my top five or anything. the catalogue selections were all great though, and in terms of performance he's... still got it in a really unbelievable fashion, given he's pushing 70. the bad seeds are super tight as ever, and the live arrangements all really hit for me, definitely one of the better shows i've seen in recent years. i'm guessing there's probably plenty of pro shot full shows on youtube from the various WG tours, highly recommend checking any of them out (the official live album maybe a little less so since i think it was stitched together from several different performances)

I'll have to do some Youtubing. To be honest I'm not super familiar with his material post-Nocturama, not sure why I haven't yet delved into any of his more recent material. Thanks Jawn :santa:
