Sepultura outsold Cavalera (playing nothing but old sepultura songs) almost double on their North American tours last year.

So yeah, not the burn you think it is.

Plus Eloy was a fucking incredible drummer, it sucks for Sep but certainly an opportunity he couldn’t pass up.

I was joking around about sepultura, I know they are still hugely popular

Well it was pretty obvious that it was mr Eloy Casagrande from his playing style and visible tattoos but it was made official today with a tour announcement that it is indeed him. As someone that doesn’t care for slipknot at all, I’ll just say good for Eloy - He made the smart career move.
