Stirring it up. Im actually one of a few people who quit the akercocke board over the treatment of mr theobalds because of his leaving of the band. Members of the band taken potshots at him etc. From what i remember they lost several log term members of their board over that.

My dearest AOD, I shall explain henceforth.....Unlike the rest of the Akercocke lyrics that bang on endlessly about devotion to the one true master Satan, the odd goat and ladies breasts, the album this song comes from is a concept album derived from Robert Nye's version of the "Faust" legend. and brilliant a book it is too.



It's mostly taken from certain scenes in this book as are all the songs on "Rape Of The Bastard Nazarene" (which is ostensibly a completely unrelated title)
