Yeah changing production on albums is a big topic... sometimes I think about bands' back catalogues getting one-off re-produced with later "famous" production. like early ATG in a SOTS sound. or early testament in a The Gathering sound. shit like that would be cool
Fucking this. Vocals and instruments on that album sounded like the final mix was made with a really low master volume. I tend to get discouraged listening to that album because of that. Erik Rutan/Mana Recording should do it.

Don't think there's any saving Kingdoms Disdained, but I'd definitely want to hear Heretic re-recorded, with the filler tossed out and Rutan guesting.
Wouldn't mind hearing a re-recorded At the Gates of Sethu as well. That album was such a shitshow.
