Yeah big fan up to riittir and I just dropped off with them, I haven't listened to the last few at all

a lot of the newish stuff is kind of a miss for me but I actually enjoyed utgard quite a bit

i listen to it the enslaved at key moments and for long intervals

I haven't listened to anything beyond the Below The Lights record. I mean, it's not a bad album, it's awesome! But I really haven't been in the mood for some Enslaved for a looong time.

Enslaved are an underrated band that really shouldn’t be underrated. Saw them live earlier this year with Insomnium and I swear only like half the crowd stuck around for Enslaved. Bunch of fucking posers. Enslaved fucking ruled though!

underrated by who they are one of the key second wave norwegian bands, vikingligr veldi and frost are like, foundational black metal albums. and aside from that, have enjoyed tremendous success over the last decade-plus. they played at the venue attached to TD garden this spring!

Historical significance aside, Enslaved are nowhere near as well known as other black metal bands of the same era, at least not in North America.

have only listened to the new album once and didn't really notice anything about it. i should probably revisit it at some point
