I still think this is one of the strangest takes on all of mabb

there's surely a parallel dimension version of me that hates carcass because they're just too good, so i can kinda relate

I don't think their music is bad but not really my thing.

let's rehash the angel of disease topic

in my view, AOD is the major problem with C. it's a fucking great song but it does not belong on that album. it should have been recorded consistently if it was being included (including vox). whenever i think of the masterpiece of C, i always think of angel of disease as the only flaw

I think it's a cool variation on the album, causing a nice change in flow of the record towards the end of it.
But I understand your opinion on it and why many people share it.

albums require some kind of internal consistency. what C is going for is let down by AOD
