Trying to remember the name and album of this band posted here in the past. They are black metal and I think they are German but I’m not positive on that. The album cover was just white with red graphics/font. All I remember is the name ascension involved somehow. Part of the album title maybe. cosmonaut is also ringing a bell. Album was released in the 00s I believe.

This peaked my interest and I poked around on metal archives for a few. There's ascension who are from Germany and released consolamentum in 2009. That album cover is red/white but no logo or cosmonaut on it. Gonna keep looking around and see what I stumble across.

That is it! For some reason I was thinking the album name was ascension and didn’t even try searching that as the name, derp.
I think it was vahmpy that recommended. Consolamentum is the title.

I actually have this on cdr, this came out when I was probably the most into black metal, this album sticks out
