Holy shit this is amazing. The lady vocals are great and she sounds unique.

She’s in code orange which is garbage but yeah this track is good stuff. Child soldier: creator of god was amazing as is everything Greg touches. This will undoubtedly rule.

I did for a bit when forever and underneath came out. They always came off as too try hard though. I haven’t found myself wanting to relisten to them much at all even before that atrocious new song came out.


In conclusion: meh

I meh'ed at them from the start.

Greg put it up a week early. It’s fucking outstanding as expected. More focused, cohesive and commercial but not in a bad way. Really killer actually. Wish it was more than 8 songs though.

Funny you mention cave in. I jammed heavy pendulum last night before bed. It’s a really good album but it suffers from the same thing Child of god did. A bit too ambitious. Too many ideas and the songs blend together. Would be a really killer 10 track album but at 14 tracks and 80 minutes, I can give it a 7.
