sam was great in mithras, not sure he was the best fit for them but he was great live.

New album released today. Their best one yet and Beany’s best vocals he’s ever done. Super varied and fucking killer. Seriously. The opening scream on the first track feels like 30 seconds at least.

i tried to listen to werewolves a bit but i couldn't get into it, it had that weird lack of feeling that is sometimes there, kinda hollow. like blood incantation when i first heard them, but i did come around to liking them so maybe i will with werewolves too

i was lucky enough to catch beany's second gig while in australia this week, it was a lot of fun. carcinoid/werewolves/abremalin. and i saw another metal gig the monday before. so i feel partly sated, for now
beany is exactly the same as he was in the old days had some good chats but i was shitfaced
