Just saw that my old douchebag drummer fellating lover posted this on a Flo Mounier vid on youtube.

I don't know, but Flo Mounier shouldn't even be considered a drummer in my book. He's a non-musician. He doesn't care about making music, he just cares about playing as fast as he can with terrible technique (when in fact there is no good technique for playing that fast). Just listen to the drum part starting at 0:52. It sounds like someone smashing their dick against a microphone. I'd rather piss out a cactus than listen to that. Also, this queer's timing is everywhere. He needs a metronome.

There's a difference between being off the beat and being out of time. Being out of time shouldn't be the point of any style of music. Being off the beat is something intentional that can be controlled. When you're out of time it is accidental. Flo's playing seems in time but his tempo fluctuations are dreadful. Some parts speed up and slow down 10-20 beats per bar, and I'm not talking about planned tempo changes. It's just a matter of him being so inconsistent at time keeping.

Fast drumming is good. I hate the Yngwie style tasteless playing, but for drums its totally different.

no. It's not different. Drumming can also be plain and boring no matter the speed... high-speed tempos are great, but not some stupid random shit (at least sometimes
