MABB v6.6.6

So I would like you all to recommend me some good black metal, now i'm definetely not a fan of stuff like Mayhem, Burzum, Immortal etc atleast from the stuff i've listened to, it just isn't my cup of tea and I can't find any kind of atmosphere in horrendous guitar tones and prancing around forests and shit. I'm also not a fan of most of these 'depressive' one man black metal projects people have posted, sounds like shit man.



What I DO like is Emperor, who are fandaddytastic, Old Man's Child and a new british band called Traces who have just put out a killer first release. I would like to be recommended stuff that sounds like that.

DSO does it for me, and i've never been a huge BM fan. It's DSO (and Shitty ) that's got me into hunting more BM stuffs... and i'm digging a lot of it!
