seriously (women drummers, amirite?), the sound is realllly distracts from the performance. well, up 'til ~1:40 where you can tell she's really straining to keep pace with the snare drum.
still, not bad at all though, from what i listened to. not omgwtf second coming of commando impressive, but assuming she's young, there's some potential there. lots of room for improvement in the coming years.

Re: Morbid Angel - Chapel of Ghouls (drum cover by Tamara)
that's the one thing i'm going to miss the most when i leave south carolina behind. i've got a great group of friends to jam with on weekends. we don't play much in the vein of DM/BM aside from the odd break into slayer cover territory (and i've taken a shine to adapting mayhem songs to tempos more palatable for my fellow musicians), but having a competent guitarist and drummer (who both happen to be a cool couple of dudes besides) at one's disposal is a beautiful thing. it's even rejuvenated my interest in bass, as i've been picking that back up in recent weeks just for a change of pace.
i'll be back to dicking around on an unamplified guitar by myself when i move back home soon

well, i do, but i anticipate i'll have noise-sensitive neighbors and/or roommates, as has been the case in my most recent domiciles :homework
edit- well, maybe not so much of a practice amp. the only amplifier i own is a 100W 2x12 that sounds like ass at any volume

Is that the Estonian sexy leopard elevator who plays in Neontherdals (or whatever the nad was) and posted here for a while?
EDIT: Whoever she is, I think she did a proper job even the blasts were bit slower. Play on sexy leopard elevator!

I think that she made a decent morbid angel drum cover for Chapel of Ghouls, she can improve as well. More, I enjoyed watching the video.

Well right off the bat, I know my former drummer would shit himself over how bad her stick technique is. She's using too much wrist, which is why she couldn't keep up with the blast part.
She needs some learning, but yeah, she's got potential.

Re: Morbid Angel - Chapel of Ghouls (drum cover by Tamara)
I don't think she had a problem with the speed on the blast part, just that she wasn't fluent on picking whether to start blasting on the hat or snare.
If everyone could cover MA songs this well on the drums the world would be a better place for me.

Believe me, ive seen way worse technique than that. I'm sure you have too though.
All in all, i was expecting way worse, she's actually quite a fluid played.

She could be squealing at a Justin Biber video or something, so I think she deserves a lot of credit!
I am the Dragon. And you call me insane. You are privy to a great becoming, but you recognize nothing. To me, you are a slug in the sun. You are an ant in the afterbirth. It is your nature to do one thing correctly: Before me, you rightly tremble. But, fear is not what you owe me. You owe me awe.
