Until there is official word or some sort of actual evidence of this being true, I have no reason to believe it. (You know, because of the whole homo sapien sapien vs. ovis aries thing.)

This isn't just a rumour. It was confirmed today in my horoscope. And independently verified in my tea leaves.

OK, for the sake of argument let's say it's true. Do you guys think he'd be a good fit for the band? Sure, he probably has the chops to play their songs, but does he have the same finesse that Pete brings? I don't think so. (I'm not sure who would...)

Speaking hypothetically...?



No, I do not think he would be a good fit, despite his technical abilities. Pete is more than his technical ability. Pete's drumming has a distinct style that is the perfect fit for Morbid Angel and Yeung's style would not be so right.

No drummer will ever be able to replace be for me. No matter how good whoever the replacement would be, without Pete it isn't Morbid Angel for me. Even if Trey is still there.

Until there is no official information from part of the band, I will never suppose the fact of Tim Yeung being the new Morbid Angel drummer as true.



Hypothetically being true, I will never see with good eyes Tim Yeung as the new drummer. It is not Pete Sandoval!
