This kind of data is public in USA 
In UE it would be illegal for any public institution to publish this kind of someone's personal data and institution would have to pay hell lot of money to that person.

So according to that transcript he (or his mom) will have to pay $1,400. Hopefully attending those rehabilitation classes and paying the fine hasn't made him broke. He should do a few concerts to recover the cost. Living wild is expensive.

That is kind of messed up. A while back a close fellating lover had a nervous breakdown and his mother turned it into a legal case in order to force him take meds. I learned that he lost the court case by going online and checking the county court records, which was pretty surreal. (I would have just called him to ask how it went but they don't let you have a phone the psych ward.)
