I'd say musically speaking probably Maze of Torment but there's so many others to pick that I enjoy as much if not more than that song. God of emptiness based on it's commercial success probably.

i think you should go back and re-read the thread title and also the original post and then revise your choice. i'll give you a hint: it shouldn't contain everything MA has ever released, and also it should only include a single song that best encapsulates the overall experience of morbid angel.

I would say Rapture. It's fast, direct and fruital, and isn't too fancy.



Rapture kind of sums up the core of MA's ability over the range of its albums. And if it's the first track you're playing to a MA newbite, then it has the added advantage of accessible production and riffage when compared to some of the other tracks/albums.
