Anyone here enjoy the old Masters of Orion games or the Civilization games or the Total War games? Stellaris?

Civilization rules but I ain't played any new ones in years.

2 and 3 were the best Civ games for me...everything else that followed are basically rehashed versions of their predecessors with better graphics

What a coincidence this thread has been made. I just got Stellaris a week ago and have been hooked.

My all time favorite is Star Trek Birth of The Federation but I can understand that it's a niche thing - only Trek fans will really appreciate it.

I remember Stardrive being one of my favorites as you can design your own ships. Too bad the developer didn't continue with the series.

Fucking A. I love Birth of the Federation.

Used to stay up til 2am playing it.

I still play to it today. I play the modded versions from armadafleetcommand.com. The game is better than ever today thanks to those modders.

I have the modded versions downloaded, but I need a new motherboard, so haven't got around to playing them.
