Replaying this again with the GOTY edition. I played Skyrim to death but I never really finished this one save for starting a few characters.
I slept at 4 AM last night because of this.

I don't regard Codex as some sort of standard for quality. I have my own independent quality assessment framework, and can think for myself, thank you very much.
With that said though, the Codex does regard Morrowind highly, it is ranked high on their published Top 100 lists.

Yes. I'll wait a couple of years for the new game to get polished and more content, then I'll buy it on a discount.
