I downloaded one of Marco's DVDs. It was pretty boring - had some cool tech talk about poly rhythms & that playing to weird samples etc, but most was him playing daggy 80s style jazz-rock with a pianist & a bassist....



This was a nice surprise.



best thing about Marco is how versatile he is - plays jazz really authentically, more-so than Derek does.

Macro is a really cool drummer, I loved him with necro. His blasts sound heavily accented though

I guess the morbid forum isnt the right place to criticise necro for how long weve had to wait for a new album.

I really don't give a fuck what everyone else on here thinks. I've always liked Necro, and they need to get the fuck off their ass and do something. They've been on tour for the last 7 years straight. New album needs to happen.







Also, I've always thought Marco Minnemann looked like what would happen if Paul Gilbert and Tony Hawk stayed in a closet together long enough.
