Never played cod4 multiplayer. I take it the grenade launcher is stupidly overpowered?

Not entirely. People just complain about it because it's something any retard can get kills with. You can fire it over a wall and hit two people, it's kinda silly.

Can't be as bad as the RC rocket launcher in hl2dm, 3-4 kills with 1 rocket is common:

(admittedly this hard-on bearer is pro, but even noobs can reach the top of a game if they just camp where the rocket launcher spawns)

my little brother is notorious for doing shit like that, either he'll use the grenade launcher or a rocket launcher.
