i was looking into fried tofo recently, looks kind of edible

I like the silken tofu in soups but firm tofu is gross - reminds me too much of french toast while it's pretending to be meat in a dish.

i've had mixed success with tofu

i have since had tofu a few times, pan fry is not the way for me, roasting in cubes for 15-20 minutes, a bit of flipping around mid way through, soy based marinade works well for sure.

I marinade in boemboe

And how is this then cooked? Please post recipe.
