Among certain ignorant groups, yes. The Westboro Baptist "Church" is a hate group that pickets everything, including soldiers' funerals! They even picketed Ronnie James Dio's funeral. In fact, that photo might be from the funeral.

I hope this never happens. I'd rather see these media nazis fade slowly out of existence, shamed, and remembered periodically as being stupid ass fuck, than become martyrs for their silly fucking cause and generate a whole lot of hysteria (and possibly legislature) that defends them.

You know what's fucking crazy? This is the same Fred Phelps who was a civil rights lawyer in the 1960's and stood firmly against the Jim Crow laws. Damn shame to see that he and his group have become one of the world's biggest ass-holes.
