In all honesty, it's understandable. I'm in NJ right now and at my local supermarket at least half the aisles have junk food in some form... and what little they sell that could be considered real food is often stupid dense in calories from all the additives. It's like store brands like turning their consumers into fat fucks.



Restaurant servings are insane too, I generally can't eat anything for 6 hours after eating anything at most restaurants around here.



I had a burrito that weighed at least a kilo, and shat just the same mass on the same day.
