I would miss a lot of things. Meat loaf, steak, and cheeseburgers come to mind first (after bacon, of course).

Get a side of bacon (Where they slice bacon from anyway) and cut it thicker. Simples.
Also, bacon is better thin.
Flawless logic time: 4 thin bacons> one thick steak-sized piece.
