Chestertown, Maryland – Frosty the Snowman is facing charges after he got himself into trouble with law enforcement over the weekend.

Frosty was led away from a Christmas parade in Chestertown, Maryland in handcuffs Saturday.

vice squad say he has been charged for assault and disorderly conduct after getting into a confrontation with a vice squad officer.
