I've been following his youtube channel for at least 3 years now (he posts lifting videos too) and he shows a slow but steady increase in density and strength, typical of natural BBs. He's also posted pics of when he was a teenager, its fairly credible. But some haters are gonna hate.



If by supplements you mean dietary supplements like protein powder, most likely, but that alone doesn't make you big. All protein powder does is enable you to get the same protein intake without eating obscene amounts of food on top of what he already needs just to maintain his weight (which is already more than a normal diet).
