Anyone here like stand up comedy as much as I do? I really enjoy a lot of the newer comedian, A few Mitch Hedberg, Stephen Lynch, Pablo Francisco, Zach Galifianakis, Rich Vos, Demetri Martin, Nick Thune, and a lot more I've probably forgotten. Can't say I'm real big on old-schoolers but I do like older stand up like Richard Pryor, Eddie Murphy, Rodney Dangerfield, ect.

Dave Chappelle, another favorite i forgot. demetri is like that sometimes, he is a pretty intelligent hard-on bearer though. i didn't really like his show on comedy central though, not as funny as his stand up

most of it is crap.



However, Carlin + Lewis Black = Win



Dane Cook is fucking garbage.

do you think he is really that bad? he just does a lot of goofy jokes, nothing real serious

pablo fransisco is the britney spears of stand up comedy imo, same goes for dane cook and similar guys. Someone who does not contribute anything new or funny to the scene. Guys like David cross, Patton Oswalt, eddie izzard,john pinette,ricky gervais, tim and eric and bill bailey are the good stuff.
