two years are enough to make me forget the names of those who I used to closely associate with.

I had a study partner last year, I didn't learn his name for months I think he just assumed I knew it somehow.



But yea, I also forget, or just don't take in peoples names... it's kind of rude, and I do mean to learn names but when meeting new people I just forget to process them.

Not only do I have a bad long term memory, I have bad short term memory as well.



When I shake hands with someone and they introduce themselves, two minutes later I've forgotten their names.

This one applies to me too. Plus I never remember both name and face after first time when meeting but I always remember name or face.

I remember Imran Barlas, and I've been outg bdrinking in the sun all day, and I've only heard his name once.
