I'm having it quite frequently these days

I prefer my water closer to room temperature.

I prefer Tea myself. I've been finding myself drinking it a lot lately instead of soda.

A drink about 3-4 litres of water per day.

I only drink water, and no matter what, I always add ice.

Ice is a must in every drink except milk and beer.

there has been times where I really wanted soem tea or cawfee, was in a hurry and the drink was tooo hot. an ice cube takes care of that problem.

summer i seriously cannot stand the heat. especially when getting into a car on a hot summer day.

I remember the extreme heat (100F-105F/37.7C-40.5C) It would be so hot that the metal on the seat belt in the car would leave a red spot that'd last for hours sometimes a day or two if it touched your skin some days. I do not miss that kind of heat

Yeah living in cold weather generally helps you lose weight too, drops in body temperature triggers your hypothalamus to speed up your metabolism to bring the temperature back up. I've heard of a team of research scientists out in the Antarctic have to eat something like 7000kcal(almost 4 times what an average person needs) in a day and they still experienced weight loss.

That's amazing. I knew cold weather had an effect, but not that big of an effect makes sense though.



Hypothalamus is also the head of the endocrine system. Lots of people mistakenly think it's the Hypophysis (pituitary gland) but considering the hypothalamus controls the hypophisis it controls the endocrine system as well.

they serve it with ice in vietnam, i got used to it and now i get annoyed whenever my beer isn't icy cold.



and obviously it also helps hydrate you as the alcohol does its evil work

depends on the beer. I drink a lot of them at room temperature.
