yes we do. They've been recently applied a couple of months ago. Our water supply has gone down extremely drastically.





In all of 2009 so far, we only have about 5 inches of rain.

when i lived in fresno years back they had water restrictions too. they weren't horrible, but it was inconvenient. like you could only water your lawn/wash car every other day depending on if your house number was an odd or even number.

here its cloudy too, with strong wind and rain... where's the sun goddamit!?
