How have you gone this long without glasses lol.
I've had the same prescription for years but last time I got checked, I failed my eye exam every which way so hard that they gave me progressive lenses.

well, my eyesight has been pretty good for most of my life, i guess. it wasn't until around a year or so ago i noticed some things were a bit blurry where they weren't before - i could still get by just fine without, but over the last few months, reading at most distances was starting to get noticeably more difficult. after a day of using them it is a marked improvement, the falloff in clarity at distance was just so gradual i never really noticed.

welcome to the bad eyesight club nerd
i am nearsighted, i can't see shit without glasses/contacts. i wear glasses at home but if i leave the house i put contacts in.
beware of ordering glasses online, they will sometimes use shit lenses and you end up paying a lot. also get your doc to write you a prescription so they don't try to lock you in to buying from their shop. they don't all do this but some cunts do

The recent medical exam I had at the workplace checked out my visual acuity at 20/25, which is 'not really bad' as the doctor said.
Then again, I'm 39 and my entire livelihood is reliant on my eyes. I feel like I need to act on my own and start with the glasses thing.

Things are blurry, I don't care but it might be an energy drainer. Maybe a check next spring

yeah if things got blurry for me I wouldn't hesitate
like i said i think glasses look cool and heaps of my friends have them. two of my good mates actually got the laser surgery to get rid of their glasses and i thought it was a step back when it came to their appearances
