Anyone here do gardening?
It's something I've taken a good liking to since last the beginning of last year. I've done landscaping, digging, flower planting etc. It's tough stuff moving heavy stones, soil, concrete blocks, but when you're staring at a completed job, you feel like a real man.
What kind of gardening do you do?

I do gardening. We always have herbs indoor and outdoor and spring vegetables and winter/fall we do snow peas and radishes.
I do some flowers but i tend to kill them. My dad is a huge gardener loves to build irrigation systems and different beds. We don’t have very much space so have to get creative plus the water situation in cali needs to be considered.

You might be watering too often
I only water my basil twice a week because I tend to iver water. Basil is really prone to root rot you need it to be in a well draining pot
Herbs like oregano, rosemary, chives, and sage are super drought tolerant you might have better luck with them as long as you don't over water
Edit: limited sun i really rec chives and mint you basically cant kill those as long as you dont over water even with limited sun
