not that any such agreement has real meaning, as there is no way russia agreed to conditions in which ukraine continues to receive arms, personnel, and fighting capacity. zelensky's probably given up if he's going along with any of it, because those concessions are a death warrant courtesy of the banderite contingent, america's bestest ukrainian buds and political security guarantor. what a tragic fucking mess.
