I don't see the point, the phone I have now is like three years old and its been through the ringer. Barely any scratches on it, and I see people with their phones that have screen protectors on it, all scratched and bubbled up and they keep it that way until they get a new one. Just tear that fucker off and live a little

Do you protect the screen on your mobile devices or are you living on the edge without one

I do. Fucker gets dropped, things get put on top of it at work, etc, etc, etc.

actually dropped my phone down the stairs the other day and it was completely fine, a real wtf moment

Just a faux leather case, with a pair of boobies on the front.

Lost it last week and having to explain to the security guard to see if anyone handed it in was, how shall I say, interesting.

Funny that this is a new thread and just a few minutes ago, I dropped my phone and a part of the screen protector got ripped off. Phone screen itself is fine though no cracks whatsoever.

i have my phone since 2017. no cover, no screen protector, and no scratches

I drop my phone way too much to not have a screen protector

i think i had one on for a while but i definitely don't now. screen'sgot signs of wear but no cracks or gouges or whatever. had it for about five years now

i never use them

ive had one screen break in 20 years and that was from someone else knocking into me

Just put a new one on because my old one was cracked

I dropped it and it cracked. I have no love for these things but I need it for practical reasons

phones have the right to defend themselves

In all the years I’ve had a smart phone I’ve only ever managed to actually break the screen once - it even had a screen protector on it! Simple case + screen protector seems to do the trick most of the time, it’s not like I never drop it. I just don’t get these people that have phones that are just absolutely shattered and then managed to do it to their replacements soon thereafter.
