Nah, no bars, barely drink at all anymore, maybe twice a month, but not old rhino drunk. Life in your 40s, it's a catchin' up

I pretty much only go to my local brewery anymore. I've been going at the very least every Wednesday for the last 2 1/2 years for trivia.
I had the last beer from the last keg of my most recent go to beer there. Right place, right time to get the last pour from the last keg of Altimore. Really hope they do something similar as a year round beer.
Pretty much only drink out if I got to a concert in which case i’ll try and drink local brews - I’ll get Indeed Day Tripper or Fulton Lonely Blonde. Castle Danger Cream Ale and Surly Furious IPA are good too. For the at home consumption I just buy Minne-sota Gold Lager or Pabst Blue Ribbon. Those are usually my go to’s. For the non-alcoholic beers I usually get a variety of selections from Athletic, Brooklyn concocting, or Best Day. I just brought in 36 cases of NA Guinness for work so I’ll probably pick a couple of those up too.

I had beers tonight. Went out for my buddy's birthday. Had some so-so beers at the restaurant from their brewery. Ended the night with some triple and loose cannons action at the ein usual watering hole.

I keep thinking about giving it up altogether. It doesn't matter how little I drink, I feel terrible the day after and my farts stink.

Carlsberg Export is my beer of choice, it's that perfect blend of strong enough (4.8%) to give you a decent buzz but not so strong that you turn into a drooling bag of diarrhea inside another, bigger bag of diarrhea voter after 7 or 8 cans. San Miguel is awesome on draught but not good at all out of cans, likewise Stella Artois; must be reacting with the aluminum of the can somehow.

beer before curries and rice, everything settles in all cozy and nice
curries and rice before beer, everything becomes infused with a layer of bilious slime and the mood turns to one of morbid good cheer
