10 hit, 9 in critical condition suspect is a 5”5 heavyset black man.
This is horrifying to hear about.

Just heard on the press conference additional 13 injuries not related to the shooting.

also pretty sure the NYPD did it. classic strategy of tension stuff, you hate to see it (unless you're NYPD, 10-20% budget increase incoming probs)
