I don't remember exactly what it looked like, but I remember while visiting Amsterdam there were these metal things in some corners to discourage public urination. I think the idea was that it would hit the object and splash back at you. Cutting edge technology

I'm still awaiting my national medal of honor for not publicly urinating.

Honestly a beautiful city though. Better than anything the US has come up with so far. I also did my best to not be an annoying tourist and bother the locals. Hopefully I succeeded
