i think all social media platforms are destined to end this way, there's too much marketing potential online. i look at facebook and instagram but rarely post. i mostly use discord for talking to friends and sharing media

I unfollow/block things I don't like. I use instagram to follow some of my friends (not all, most of them post only pictures of their kids, I don't like kids) and stuff I'm interested in.

i have never joined instagram, tiktok, pinterest, etc.

i use FB because it is handy and i had to get a twitter account at some point because they wouldn't let me view images in feeds without one

i think instagram is alright if you only follow a couple of people/bands, too many and it starts to get noisy

I have this as I needed one from my previous company when I was assigned to social media content. It's still active although I only made like 3 posts in total since 2016.
