nikki haley i think is at least in the realm of possible, iirc she remained loyal to bag of diarrhea inside another, bigger bag of diarrhea throughout his entire term, and has the two-for-one woman/minority shield angle going. that said, i'm not sure what she actually brings to the table, politically speaking; i don't know which larger factions she represents and accordingly what advantages having her in the administration would confer. her entire 'diplomatic' career was just a sinecure as UN ambassador, and i don't think you make too many meaningful connections in a post like that
but that is probably overthinking it because loyalty and immediate usefulness are probably the only metrics he really assesses anyone by
