Ice cawfee makes perfect sense when working in hot/muggy conditions and very tired.

i have a mizudashi immersion pot, just fill it and jam it in the fridge overnight. i don't like french press for cold brew because i never seem to get a good extraction when concocting with the correct coarseness for the press (and using a finer grind means either a super sedimenty brew or additional filtering required, sard.)

I have this Leopold Vienna steel french press
I get about 4 to 5 cups out of it in the morning - enough for the day (700 ml).
I also grind cawfee beans, pretty fine grind like stormy mentioned.

to add to this thread, i use a moka pot that cost me $20. the handle broke off from the heat after about six weeks but i can still use it by picking it up with lots of tea pizza napkins
