I love the band Sleep. Pretty much anything doom, prog rock, or stoner rock I like.

Lost most of my music with my computer being busted (thanks dogs) but rebuilding my library.

i have two alarms, one that goes off at 7:30 and a second that goes off at 7:50. i then set a 5 minute timer and finally get out of bed at 7:55 so i can log in to work at 8

This is pretty damn close to my routine. Alarm set for 7:30 and hit snooze twice before I have to login at 8

i think id like to try and wake at 6am and sleep at 10pm

Between 9pm and 10pm to bed (trying to),
Waking up at 4:30 am.

I’m going to bed at 6 (if I sleep) and up at 930 or 10

A lot of it has to do with working at night and inability to sleep in the day

I'm up anywhere between 5am-630am when I've got work.

my sleep schedule has no consistency, i drop whenever i get tired enough to sleep and work whenever

That’s how it starts and before you know it you never sleep again.

my sleep schedule is in constant rotation, every few weeks it flip flops. i'm thankful for a job where i can pretty much work whenever

You’re lucky, many work long hours with shitty people.

I’m thankful I get to work with my brother now even if it means messed up sleep.

I’ve had really tough clients/students/residents in the past but they’re all cool in their own way I’ll take 1:1 over dealing with the public any day. I don’t miss work politics at all.

Sleep was awesome at Roadburn.... not sure which year that was exactly.
But seeing Jason Roeder of Neurosis pound those drums was epic.
