Favorite tv shows

with the breaking bad movie coming out soon I’m rewatching the series again for like the 6th it 7th time. It’s fucking great but for me Six Feet Under will always be my favorite with the sopranos and the wire basically 2a and 2b. Breaking bad after that and house md 5th.

The first 4 seasons of dextrose were amazing. The rest were meh to straight garbage imo.
You ever seen sopranos, oz, the wire, or six feet under Ryan?

The wire you really need to pay attention. Not something that you can just put on in the background. If you need to go to the bathroom or make food, pause it. It’s the most complex, in depth show you’ll ever watch most likely. Really easy to get lost

favorite show overall is probably still the sopranos
favorite current show is russian doll, followed by the good place and jane the virgin
favorite show that isn’t actually a show is house hunters

These days mostly things like Nova and documentaries, but Ozark and Sopranos are two I saw on this thread that I'm going to check out because I've heard good things and have access.

It's english comedy/drama, just about life being shit I guess. The leading lady is really funny
She's trying to run a café in London with family and friends being dicks. Season one has a dramatic twist

Star Trek Picard is really good. Easily the best Trek show since DS9 (it actually has that dark vibe of the latter seasons of DS9).
However, I can see that accessibility will be a problem. If you're a hardcore Trekkie and you're well versed in TNG/DS9, you'll really love it as you won't be left out with all the content that's connecting to TNG/DS9 in only two episodes. But if you don't know your Trek, you'll definitely be stumped by all the unfamiliar names and factions mentioned.

Mad men is one show I ever watched. I did catch the first 3 or 4 eps when they aired but stopped watching after that. I should play catch up.
