No my mother is not that. She only accepts that I am trying to help people in my own way, nothing more. My dad on the other hand is a total "live for a career and status" sort of person.

don't worry Imran. They will accept the way you are taking. But is normal for a dad to take care most of all about careers and status. Growing old makes you focus on your responsabilities more.

I don't actually know what exactly your mission is exactly.



But, unless your Dad can give you good reasons why it's bad, (I'm assuming you have reasons you think you're right), or actually has some reasoned argument why you're wrong, then I'd tell him where he could go.
