You should watch the mockumentary CSA: Confederate States of America. It's an alternate history where the Confederacy took over the entire U.S. and it follows the stories of some modern day Confederates. It also has these "commercial breaks" where they advertise some products that actually existed, like Darkie Toothpaste.
