I had some raw garlic with my beans today

Well I just ate some chocolate ice cream before going to bed. Quite a bit. Ok a fucking lot. And some turrón earlier on in the day. And some tiger nut milk(horchata).



Also ate a shitload of bread and cheese today, along with my regular beastly intake of protein-rich foods and oatmeal.



This is the last "cheat" day, I fucking swear.

Fortunately though, even after gaining 1-2kg in the past month I haven't lost any vascularity or muscle definition, just a bit of abs.

Raw garlic seems good for many things on our body. Is very healthy. It cleans blood and is anti-cancer.

I eat a lot of it raw and cook with it too, with spinach, cauliflower, chicken/turkey, fish, almost everything. It has some antibiotic properties too.



I think my definition of "pigging out" is very different to yours. :kilosofsugar:

It's supposed to be fresh french bagette with butter and crushed fresh garlic. Actual garlic.



Maybe it's because some people use unsalted butter, but that's no excuse.

Because they're clearly lacking the knife skills to mince fresh garlic. Probably don't even know how to get the cloves out of the hard skin.
