He can only move one eye muscle, but he's able to get the computer to do pretty much everything for him. Talk, walk, dress himself, etc.



Technology is impressive but needs to be made more available to the poor people in Africa. The poor people in Africa with similar paralysis.



They'd probably sell it for AIDS meds though, and end up lying face down in the dirt while winking furiously.



They'd be happy though.



They would have made their own decision.



And they'd have temporarily reduced their viral load.
