ive done karate 6 years and jiu jutsu 6 years. Boxing is very dangerous since you get repeated punches to the head, i wouldnt recommend that sport.

yah thats what i was thinking about the head thing. i'd like to do some martial arts though.

train at some mma place so you get to do all things, standup, wrestling, jiu jutsu.

mma place, whats that? i'm not so interested in ultimate fighting, but i'm interested in the mind/body study of martial arts and yoga. you lift weights, right? i used to. the most i benched was a single rep at 320, but then i lost interest.
