Crème brûlée - just because I love breaking out the blow torch to make these:







omelette à la norvégienne (Baked Alaska) - amazing.







Strawberry Shortcake. - made this one recently, came out excellent. might be a new favorite.







Sopaipilla - growing up a Mexican restaurant near my house had these. I haven't had them in probably 15 years until a week ago when I found another mexican restaurant that actually served them.

But really, nothing beats a good ol' fashion bowl of vanilla ice cream.



On a side note, I just realized lately that I'm not really that keen into desserts as much as I was back when I was kid...same thing with almost anything sweet out there. Maybe it comes with age or something...I don't know. I'll have to ponder on this more.

Usually I just eat unflavored yogurt with a little brown sugar and some type of fruit if we have it

i used to get those delicious fruit & yogurt parfaits from mcdonald's...i loved those! sadly, i now have limited mcdonald's access.

don;t buy the shit they make at publix. it's terrible. go find a good Italian restaurant.

I'll remember that. I actually can't stand eating anything from the Publix Bakery anyways.
