Sopaipilla - growing up a Mexican restaurant near my house had these. I haven't had them in probably 15 years until a week ago when I found another mexican restaurant that actually served them.

But really, nothing beats a good ol' fashion bowl of vanilla ice cream.



On a side note, I just realized lately that I'm not really that keen into desserts as much as I was back when I was kid...same thing with almost anything sweet out there. Maybe it comes with age or something...I don't know. I'll have to ponder on this more. :huh:

I don't eat desserts that often actually.



I find that I enjoy them a lot more if they are fun to make though.

Chocolate covered grahm crackers are awesome so is bread pudding



Usually I just eat unflavored yogurt with a little brown sugar and some type of fruit if we have it

I like cheesecake and practically any super ultra dense fudgy 2-girls-1-cup style chocolate cakes. Truffles win too.
